Digium Announces New Chief

Starting February 12, 2007 Danny J. Windham, the current President and Chief Operating Officer for Adtran will take over the helm as CEO at Digium. Mr. Windham will be leaving Adtran and resigning from Board of Directors. Mark Spencer will maintain the Chairman of the Board and take over the CTO role for Digium.

Now Mr. Spencer can focus on the technology to further enhance the power and reach of Asterisk, while Mr. Windham will provide Digium with the necessary guidence and direction from a proven leader in the telcom arena.
