Udo: I cannot speak for the bristuff code. However, I have not experienced this problem using libpri based zaptel channels since the fix went into the asterisk source tree.

I provided MattF (at digium) a series of backtraces from a system that we were purposely casusing glare to occur.

You may need to do the same thing and provide your results to the author of the bristuff code.

Sorry I couldn't help more.

I'm afraid this problem is not fixed in *1.4.17 bristuffed. We faced the same error message recently with lots of calls from PSTN beeing blocked. There are no queues or agents involved in the dialplan, calls are supposed to just go thru to a legacy PBX behind the Asterisk.

Could you please refer us to the Digium bugtracker or otherwise refer to the patch? Where has it been published?

The fix has been integrated into the SVN 1.2 and 1.4 trees. You can either checkout the latest SVN branch or wait for another release to happen.
