Juge Orders Vonage to Stop Using Verizion’s Patented Technology

Bloomberg just announced that U.S. District Judge Claude Hilton approved Verizion’s injunction against Vonage. However, Hilton stated he wouldn’t sign the order before a hearing for Vonage’s request for a stay has completed - which is scheduled to take place in two weeks.

On March 8th a Jury found that Vonage infringed three patents and should pay $58 million dollars to Verizion.
