Vonage Wins Temporary Relief By Appels Court Ruling

The battle rages on: C|net News has reported that The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has blocked the injunction from taking effect until they are able to hear arguments in the case.
This means business as usual at New Jersey based Vonage.

BusinessWeek.com announced that Judge Hilton barred Internet Telephone Provider Vonage from signing up any new customers.
This is a blow for Vonage, but they are still very much alive and fighting.
I see this sparking other similar lawsuits.
