Business As Usual For Vonage

SFGate is reporting that Vonage won a permanent stay from a court order that would have barred it from acquiring new customers, while they appeal the March verdict.

I am glad the court is allowing Vonage to operate while the appeals process takes place. This is the only sane action. Now lets hope these patents either get invalidated or the verdict is otherwise overturned.
