Asterisk Now Runs on iPhone

After some quick work by Matthew Gamble, Asterisk now compiles, runs and handles calls without issue on Apple’s iPhone. I am not exactly sure how useful Asterisk running on the iPhone may be, but the fact that it runs is totally cool in my book.
